Caroline Bollman is a finance and accounting professional with experience across public accounting and in-house financial management. She most recently served as Finance and Accounting Manager at LAKE, supporting financial operations and accounting for a growing retail brand.

Previously, Caroline worked at EY in Financial Services audit, where she advised fintech, banking, and broker-dealer clients on audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, including pre-IPO and public company engagements. She holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University.

In her free time Caroline enjoys doing triathlons and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.

With a background spanning Prime Capital Investment Advisors, Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, and United Capital Financial Advisers, she has led operational integrations for more than ten acquisitions and managed over $2B in client assets.

Known for her collaborative leadership and deep expertise with partners such as Fidelity, Schwab, and Envestnet, Marie builds scalable systems that reduce complexities and enhance advisor productivity. She combines analytical precision with a client-first mindset to ensure every transition—whether of teams, platforms, or portfolios—runs smoothly and delivers measurable results.

Outside of work, Marie channels her energy into endurance sports, competing in Ironman triathlons and marathons, and volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Christopher “Chris” Meehan is a Senior Client Advisor at Shelter Wealth Strategies, where he works with high-net-worth individuals and their families to manage, grow, and preserve their wealth. He takes a long-term, relationship-driven approach, aligning his advice with each client’s unique circumstances and providing steady, ongoing guidance that evolves with their goals, lifestyle, and life stages.

Chris began his career on Wall Street at Morgan Stanley, where he spent five years as part of a large private wealth group advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families. In 2014, he relocated to Houston, Texas to join Salient Partners, an institutional asset manager specializing in real assets, alternative investments, and quantitative strategies, where he expanded his experience in portfolio construction, and alternative investment solutions.

He later helped start Excelsior Capital Management, where he grew an advisory practice centered on long-term planning for personal-injury victims and their families. Working closely with clients through major life transitions reinforced his belief that successful wealth management is built on trust, continuity, and advice that is tailored—not transactional—principles that continue to guide his work at Shelter Wealth Strategies.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wagner College and brings more than 16 years of experience across private wealth management, investment advisory, risk management, and securities trading and sales.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, their daughter Mylyn, his stepson Carter, and their two dogs.

Known for his strategic business development acumen and client-first approach, Andrew has produced more than $10 billion in direct sales and led the management of investment portfolios exceeding $1 billion in assets.

Before joining Shelter Wealth Strategies, Andrew held senior leadership roles at Fifth Third Private Bank and DWS Investments, where he spearheaded business development initiatives, contributed to firm-wide investment strategy, and cultivated lasting client relationships across generations.

A collaborative leader and analytical thinker, Andrew combines market insight with disciplined execution to deliver measurable results. He holds an MBA in Finance from Gonzaga University and is a CFA Level II candidate. Beyond his professional achievements, Andrew serves on multiple school boards and leads community investment and education initiatives in Chicago.

Paul Saleh

Paul Saleh brings more than 20 years of experience across private wealth management, investment management, private equity, and family office advisory. Originally from New York, he earned his business degree from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business.

Since 2015, Paul has specialized in advising individuals and families navigating complex personal injury and mass-tort outcomes. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Archer Systems, the nation’s leading administrator of mass-tort and class-action settlements. In this role, Paul oversaw the financial governance of large, court-supervised settlement structures, including qualified settlement funds (QSFs) and claimant distributions. He developed deep expertise in settlement fund accounting, fiduciary cash management, tax and reporting requirements, lien resolution, government-benefit preservation, and Medicare Secondary Payer considerations, working closely with attorneys, trustees, and compliance professionals to ensure accurate, compliant outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Paul spent a decade with an ultra-high-net-worth family office in San Diego, focusing on public-market investing, private credit, real estate development, and private business operations. He also spent three years co-leading the mergers and acquisitions group at Allegis Group, helping drive international expansion for a company generating more than $12 billion in annual revenue.

Paul lives in Maryland with his wife, Mandy, and their four children, and is actively involved in his community.

Walker began his career with the University of Texas Athletics Department, holding roles within the Longhorn Foundation, Sports Administration, and the Texas Track and Field program. These experiences shaped his relationship-driven approach and taught him the importance of trust, communication, and service across a wide range of clients and backgrounds.

As a two-time graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Walker is a Longhorn through and through, holding Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sport Management. Based in Houston, Texas, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and cheering on the Longhorns. Hook ‘Em!

Jacob also serves as a Principal, General Counsel and former Chief Compliance Officer of Luther King Capital Management, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm with approximately $30 billion in assets under management, for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining LKCM, Jacob was an enforcement attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and an attorney with Haynes and Boone, LLP where he focused his practice on corporate/securities, mergers and acquisitions, investment advisers, and investment companies. He also serves as a Partner and General Counsel at LKCM Headwater Investments where he oversees and serves on the boards of directors of the firm’s investments and portfolio companies in the financial services and business services sectors. Jacob received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Southern Methodist University School of Law, and he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Arkansas.
